Mega Mailer is built to help you reach real inboxes — which only works when everyone sends responsibly. This Anti-Spam Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all use of the Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

1. Permission-based sending

You may only send to recipients who have a legitimate reason to hear from you and whom you are legally permitted to contact under applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and similar regulations). You are responsible for the lawful basis of every message you send.

2. Prohibited content and behavior

You must not use the Service to send:

• Unsolicited bulk email to purchased, scraped, or rented lists without a lawful basis.
• Deceptive subject lines, headers, or sender information.
• Phishing, malware, or fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content.
• Content promoting hate, violence, or that is otherwise abusive or unlawful.

3. Required practices

Every message you send through the Service must:

• Clearly identify you as the sender and include a valid physical postal address where required.
• Include a clear and functional way to opt out or unsubscribe.
• Honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly (and within legally required timeframes).
• Accurately reflect the nature of the message in the subject and body.

4. Suppression & bounce handling

You must maintain clean lists. Repeated sending to invalid addresses, high bounce rates, or high spam-complaint rates harm deliverability for everyone and may trigger automatic protections, throttling, or suspension. We provide verification, suppression, and monitoring tools to help you comply.

5. Consequences of violations

We monitor for abuse and may investigate suspected violations. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and may report unlawful activity to authorities. We may act immediately where necessary to protect the Service and its users.

6. Reporting abuse

To report suspected spam or abuse involving the Service, email us at support@megamailer.xyz with details. We take reports seriously and investigate promptly.
